The READY Operational Readiness Program is a structured high impact 2 day engagement designed to help organizations assess preparedness, develop incident leaders, validate capabilities, and improve operational readiness. Rather than treating assessments, planning, training, and exercises as separate activities, READY integrates them into a single operational readiness experience. Before the engagement begins, we conduct a structured discovery process to maximize the value of time spent onsite.
